Return Policy

We understand that sometimes purchases just don’t work out. That’s why we strive to make the returns process quick and easy.

E-mail us at info@yecayehome.com if you have any problem with the product and we will give you a satisfactory answer within 24 hours.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do ask that you do your best to include all components, documents and packaging. This makes the process seamless (for both of us).

How it works?

Secondly, return the item back to us.
Finally, wait for your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 1-3 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@yecayehome.com or click here.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
